i live in Kenya, with arguably one of the most beautiful beaches and known to be the home
of the big five animals.
There is a major challenge when trying to navigate through the country due to lack of
useful documented information. Most businesses / companies do not have an up to date website,
with streets unmarked and no physical address for buildings in place. This has made it hard
for tourists to wander around and find the hidden gems in the country while relying on conventional
forms of information like yellow pages, which are not as reliable as changes would have to wait for the next publication if lucky. Making it unreliable
With Google maps and fellow contributors, it has been made easier for a user to find information needed
like directions or phone numbers to a barber shop and what have you.
I have been doing this for fun, with a joy that i am making an impact. Places will be found
easier, that new client will be able to find business in the middle of chaos and not
so though of 20th century architecture
