You may ask: why someone would spend time sharing photos and information with non-friends or answering questions from public people?
I did not decide to be a Local Guide, it just started when I looking for a glass shop in my town and it was listed in a wrong address! so I just suggested an edit on that address so others can find it easier, but I was happy when I have seen my changes on the map 
here where I started. After that I started adding any missing local businesses and places and sharing photos, it’s like gambling you share more you, you get more views, you share more etc.
