A lot of amazing places is worth your visit in the Middle East region, but Jordan is different, it is rich of places that you will never seen elsewhere, Dead sea , Petra, Wadi Rum is in the top of the list , add to that the description of Jordan as the quiet home in the crazy neighborhood ‘as a sign about sacurity and stability of Jordan.
As a traveller the financial concern is on the top of the “why you are traveling to this destination” , I tell you what , life is so expensive for the locals , but it still cheap for the foreigner who visit Jordan for a couple of days, you can afford a doublebed room in a decent hotel for about 75$ per night, or a good meal in one of the best local public restaurants fir 5$ , a cup of Turkish coffe from the street for 1$, you even can stay one day hiking in Petra for 70$ entrance fees .
A lot of other factors such as people friendly and hospitality, but this doesn’t mean to trust everyone, bad people is everywhere and they mostly appear more in the historical hubs, you need to be carful dealing with people , a lot of good people also everywhere.
