Food is a passion for everyone. But for each country or each area, the culture of tasting is different. In Vietnam, we love to eat pizza with ketchup and mayonnaise, but my friends in Italy could not see me eating like that because, for the motherland of pizza, it is unacceptable. Or one day when I was in Sicily enjoying lunch with friends, they laughed at me because I mixed olive oil, vinegar and also mayonnaise in my bowl of salad. It may sound simple to American or Vietnamese, but Sicilian thinks that you are eating like a pig @.@. The more I travel, the more I was amazed by the diversity of culinary in the world, to respect and know that there are more than a way to enjoy the food, the same as your life. And I am happy to become a local guide, to be connected with people around the world and to share with everybody my experience with food. The more we share, the more we can get. And I believe that from a picture of a small meal, I can make a couple of people somewhere on the earth smiling, get their outfit and go out to enjoy their meal.
