This is part of the new Google Maps layout to help you navigate to the new way of finding your profile and contributions. So from now on, instead of clicking on the top left corner, you will look for the icons at the bottom where it says "Explore, commute, saved, contribute and updates. If you click on Contribute, it will bring you to the page to add more content and or see your content already submitted. Some people do not like the new look, but sometimes it just takes some getting used to. Let me know if you need any more help.

The question mark is found on the new version of Google Maps after its 15th birthday, there is nothing wrong with your device or the app as @Alotofstuf mentioned. To understand better and get tips from other local guides, check this post and its comments on How to navigate the new layout by @MortenCopenhagen and also check this comment. I hope this will give you some clarity.

As indicated by @Raphael-Mahumane and @Alotofstuf , Google maps App has been updated. The purpose of the question mark over the hamburger menu (the EX hamburger menu) is to help you. In fact, when you tap in there, two blue pop-ups appear, to show you visually where you can find the controls on the new app.

If it is easier for you, you can use your own language on the post to explain your doubt.
In case we will use the translator, embedded in every page of connect, to understand you.
As far as I can see you are showing us the two pages of your profile. But we do not see any issue in there, the profile appear like it should appear
