My clients cannot submit a review on my business due to an error message

If you are trying to review your own business then think again. Why should that even be possible or allowed. Reviews need to be honest and given by real customers not something business owners make up!

This is the most ridiculous answer

my client could not leave a review and was kind enough to inform me and it gave her an error message

There are quite a few business owners who have mixed the interests of being a Local guide with the interests of having a business. I might have jumped to fast and accused you for something wrong. I apologize.

I think I figured out what the problem is. Your GMB listing is set to open in February. That is probably why noone can leave a review now.

To me that makes sense.

Please seek help with your GMB listing in the dedicated forum rather than here.
