Im Topendra Katel a Local Guide from Pokhara Nepal.
There are a lot of reason to me to be a proud local Guide , it helps billions of people to choose and decide before they plan to visit a place. A traveler in a new country also becomes familiar with the great spots because of the Google Maps .A businessman can get their customer through the map ,Public may be seeking some information urgently ,they can just search on Google map .So these all are possible of course by the contribution of Local Guides .
I love helping people and Local Guide has given me such a great platform to fulfill my wish by contributing on google maps and helping many people around the world . Even the ones I don’t know personally .
What can be more delightful moment, when your help become useful to other and they appreciate it.
What can be more proud moment when someone urgently seeking some information , they get through the map , which create happiness to them & you are the reason behind.
And lastly the craze of Helping People has lead me to contribute Daily on google maps ,meeting new local guides and growing my knowledge and Network . I wish I will keep contributing on Google Maps in near Future and Always.
Currently there are no any meetup hosted in Nepal yet & the guide are not active so I have planned to gather all local guide of pokhara & later of all Nepal hosting meetup ,sharing on social media ,creating group on facebook so that we can share our knowledge ,idea for the betterment in Google Map.
