Why I'm love sharing full reviews on Google Maps

Hey there!

My name is Amir and I’m the Local Guide in the Volzhsky city, Volgograd region, Russia.

My main passion is to give my own honest feedback about local companies, seesights and all the places I’ve ever met.

At first I wrote short messages about the main “pros” or “cons” of the certain place. But being a semi-professional copywriter and professional advertiser - I just just couldn’t afford to continue writing short and uninformative posts.

Then I choosed my new “social mission”: I started writing bigreviews on the places I visit.

I do not claim objectivity. My main goal is to give my unique feedback, which will be able to reflect the state of affairs in the company (place) I visited at the moment.
I also pay great attention to the attitude of the representatives of this company to communication with me and customer service.
In my opinion, customer service issues are particularly relevant for Russia - because the market of our country is very young, and many companies and government agencies are still in the “Soviet realities.” In these companies you most often get terrible service and boorish attitude to yourself.

I am very critical of any manifestations of poor-quality service - and I write hard, detailed and reasoned comments in Google Maps.

I am deeply convinced that the issue of customer service, trust and trusting relationships between people in Russia is a big and complex problem that can be solved not only within companies, but also with the help of social tools. Such a tool, of course, are Google Maps.
More and more company executives and even government agencies are paying attention to feedback from their clients on Google Maps.
And many of them work with these reviews, conducting consistent work within their companies and increasing the level of customer service, product service and the level of positioning of their companies in general.

Thus, together, we (the reviewers, companies and Google maps) make our market and our life in Russia better, more modern and more comfortable.

This is what I love to do the most.
Therefore, I am a Local Guide.

Yeah, absolutely!

But critical feedback is always the good way to change something annoying or not good enough

That’s why I’m sure not too good feedback - is very good too.
