I love to eat. I love exploring different cuisines of food wherever I travel and I love to share my experiences with the wider audience. However, one specific type of food has taken me under its spell and no matter what I do, these two words have become my ultimate weakness – Fried Chicken.
From Karachi to Seattle, from one coast of the world to another, I have been on a spree to find as many fried chicken places as I can. Whether it’s a local business or an international chain, Crispy fried chicken from Asia, Korean fried chicken or Southern fried chicken in the States, I love reviewing places that take pride in yummy, mouthwatering, absolutely flavourful fried chicken.
If you ask me where I will be in 10 years, I will probably say I’m opening my own fried chicken place. Jokes aside, I feel by reviewing these places, I can share my passion for food with people who might love it as much as I do. I believe such experiences bring people as well as whole communities together no matter where we are from.
