Hey y’all!! I’m actually new to this forum and this is my first post. So, I share on Google maps because I’m a Bengalurean and Bengaluru is a place filled with colors and celebration everywhere. It has so many places and so many people enjoying at them. You can find different types of places for different type of people. Starting from theatres for movie buzzes to a calm book cafe for the readers, from historic temples to techie IT parks, dancing in pubs to dancing under the stars, Bengaluru has apt places for everyone.
I care about sharing on Google maps because I want everyone to know about all such places. I want to share all the places I feel connected to, like all the places my Dad would take Mom and me whenever we went out to eat, or the places I usually hang out with my friends and have made memories. I share these places so that other people who are similar-minded or people who want to try new places may connect to it and enjoy making memories similarly.
I also share small shops and stores so that it increases the accuracy of Google maps. It increases the visibility of these shops which help then a lot attracting more customers. These shops act as landmarks while finding addresses or places which are not popular. It also helps a lot while searching for the address when you’re visiting your relatives:joy:

Google maps has helped me a lot in guiding me, helping me go places on time, choose best places to go to and so on. So I contribute more in order to make it more efficient and more helpful. I’m proud to be a Local Guide and wish to contribute more and more!!
