Service quality and friendliness in Germany is something rare at many places!
I believe as a local guide you are able to show other people where they can find the positive examples of especially little shops and restaurants. That’s why I prefer to give 4 or 5 stars much more. But I also do not hesitate to claim and criticise bad conditions. And if I see improvements I try to document that kindly.
With this behaviour I hope that we as local guides help all the companies who tread their staff nicely and offer us good services and products. I love to show this as well with nice photos and videos.
When I could criticise one thing at google maps, I pretty often have the problem that there are two existing articles for one spot. I could not find a possibility to disclose that.
And it is so unbelievable how many people you can reach on google maps… I’m excited…
