My name is Ai, a Local guide from beautiful Island of the Philippines.
I love sharing everything in Google map since I started to travel with my husband.
Before, I was just a simple user while we travel. Google Map has been very helpful to me whenever I travel to other countries, and when I came back to my home country, I realized that I needed to do something than using it.
"I want to contribute and make the Philippines map become useful and informative like other countries where I been. "
Since then, during our honeymoon, I become addicted to upload pictures and give a transparent and honest review in every hotel, restaurant, tourist spot, cafe, and even public establishments that we visited.
aside from that, I enjoying answering Q&A that pump up to my notification.
And because I wanted to help tourist people in my country through Google map, I like to add places that will help them find places easily and relevantly. Make it very helpful and useful for them to enjoy the Philippines and their stay here.
Sharing happy memories, giving tips, ideas, and care is something relevant nowadays. Through google map, I can learn many things from other travelers like me. Good to share and learn from their experiences as well.
In fact, I met another local guide starting more meetups in my home Country. This is a wonderful thing to learn from each other and encourage other people as well to use and contribute to Google map.
Traveling give so much life changing and life maturing experiences. When I meet different people and understand their culture is just so amazing that open up my mind and heart that humanity is about sharing the love and hope no matter who we are and who they are. It’s about enjoying and being grateful to every privilege that the Creator gave.
I am a big believer in Google map. I know that one day, in the near future, this gonna have a big impact on the world. There’s nothing more fulfilling when I can contribute and help the next generation.
Simple way but the extremely amazing thing we can do to make the world a better place to live.
