I love sharing my personal experiences with local businesses on Google Maps because it helps visitors and local residents discover new and exciting places to visit. Whether I visit a local restaurant, entertainment spot, or family attraction, I want to share my honest opinion with others. I know what it’s like to search for a great restaurant or something to do on a Saturday night while on vacation. If I find something interesting, it’s always nice to read the reviews, so I’ll know what to expect. In a sense, I love to give back by sharing what I know about local places with others so they can make well-informed decisions too.
I’ve come to learn that reviews aren’t just about whether an experience was good or bad. It’s also about the quick tips that help enhance an encounter with an establishment. For instance, I read reviews about Vortex Springs before going there to swim. I quickly learned that the water is freezing cold, so it’s best to jump right in. Through the reviews, I discover that the worst thing I could’ve done was to ease into the water.
In the same sense, when I share reviews about where I’ve been, I just know, I’m helping someone ease the pain of trying to figure out whether or not they’re going to enjoy their investment of time and money. Reviews help most every consumer make, more, intelligent decisions about life. I will read reviews on Google Maps time and time again, and I’ll be sure to share my experiences too.
