I can’t actually tell how I became a local guide but I can recall its over five years now. I am now a level five guide.
It was a great joy when I first helped to locate my former workplace on google map. I couldn’t recount the joy. To test whether I was successful, I had to move a distance away and try getting back with the help of google map. It was really a big fun.
Another interesting thing I like about being a local guide is feedback from friends around the world. It’s all a joy when I ask questions about some places and I get a feedback from people I’ve never met. I feel so excited when being replied and or answered by foreign friends and I feel the sense of humanity.
Through the help of local guides, I was able to find one of the best water sports centers in Bali, Indonesia. I really enjoyed this center and the sporting activities it offers.
It’s always amazing when you are able to help local businessmen to get into the limelight. Placing local businesses on the G-Map and reviewing them give them a heavy boost. two of most helpful reviews were about Vincom Mall and Lan Chi Supermarket all in Thai Nguyen city, Vietnam.
More Importantly is getting the chance to make friends around the globe. Through local guide, I have had the chance to make and meet many friends.
