First, because using Google Maps is simple, fast and easy.
When I’m travelling and want to discover unknown surroundings, the Map helps and proposes me places I might enjoy.
I can find great places, hotels, restaurants, confectioneries, cafes and other small businesses on the map, and not only the exact location but also pictures on foods, drinks or even the menu, and the most important: real people’s evaluations on services. So I can decide if it is worth to try or not.
If I want to know some important detail about a place, I can ask other local guides and they answer very quickly!
I am a photographer, and I like to take photos everywhere I go, and through my photos, I can show more than with simple words.
That’s why me too, I like to share my experiences on Google Maps, and that’s my contribution to the community’s knowledge.
