It so happens that often we head out to a nearest fast food restaurant nearby on a busy morning, eat and run to work, but we never realise to acknowledge the fact that the food was great and needs to be shouted out. Shouting out in public would definitely make the public think you are either lunatic or over enthusiastic, i would rather consider leaving a review online, especially on Google maps which makes it easier and friendlier for both the consumer and the business to build a far more better relationship than on any other online portal. Let me give you a broader understanding from the business owner’s perspective, Once a customer leaves a review on google maps, it will be notified to the business owner, Lets say the review was an average rating of 3 and quotes the need for improvement. The owner now has an opportunity here to understanding what his customers are looking for in his restaurant, but without this review there is less possible chances it would make any impact on owner’s mind. Now, the owner actually responds and makes a minor improvement and bam!!! Instant good reviews from the potential new customers. More quality ratings and reviews, the better the business outlook.
