I love sharing my opinion on how some places have improved or have been revamped or remodeled. Having been in the customer service world for a while myself, I know there are many factors contributing to a customer’s experience; and since humans are quick to judge, I love being the person who gives businesses a second chance. Since I have been a customer’s service employee before, I know which criteria to look for and I observe other aspect of the business’ running before posting a review. A often visit at 3 different occasions before leaving a review so that I stay objective and specific to the business, not just the day of the week or the staff that worked that day, I look at it as a whole then I rank them. Then I watch how after sometimes a small compliment or a 4 star-5 star boost the employees confidence or renews their outlook on their job which in turn helps improve the overall environment to make it better for the next customer. Life is hard as is and we do not know what people daily lives entail, I would hate for someone to lose a job because of a bad day. We all know good bosses take our reviews seriously, I did when I was a GM so I try to rate the business service culture first before I rate a staff member who could just be victim of his environment, because let’s face it good bosses hire good hard working people, If the staff sucks, the boss most likely does too.
