Hai friends, I’m Abin Benjamin, an Engineering student from Kerala (also popular as “GOD’S OWN COUNTRY”) one of the southern states of India. Kerala is a place full of celebrations, religious festivals and rich culture. It has many beautiful landscapes enjoyed by lots of people. You can find people with different culture, religion and language. Kerala is famous for its special traditions, ancient churches, temples, huge malls, old and historic forts, hills, waterfalls, dams etc.
I like sharing on Google maps because I can guide local people as well as foreigners. I am so happy that my contributions to Google maps are helping people to study about their places of interest. Since my young age I was passionate about going tours with my parents as well as my friends. During all those tours Google maps was there to guide us in the correct and easiest route to the destination.
I love sharing photos of heritage locations, churches, hotels and spots of entertainment, which will help present as well as future Google map users. Usually I rate the places where I go, such as hotels, shops, public gathering spots etc. This will help people to select the best option.
I am very much interested in adding missing places and roads to the maps, which will improve efficiency. Moreover I consider this as a social service. My contributions are very helpful to foreigners who even don’t know the local language.
I believe the contributions I give to Google maps are only meagre considered to what I get from Google in my day to day life.
