The main reason why I started sharing on Google Maps is to make accurate information about the different places available to everyone who uses Google Maps. I post photos and videos so that people can have better idea about the places.
I post about almost everything wherever I go, if I visit a vacation spot, I take the photos and make small videos so whenever someone wants to visit the same place should get the initial idea if the place is worth visiting.
I write the reviews along with the photos to help people choose the place. Be it a restaurant, a hotel or any other small business, I write about that. My soul purpose to do all that is to help others get the first hand information about a place or a business. I feel it’s importance because whenever I have to choose to go somewhere to eat or to buy anything, the first thing I do is to go online and read about that and it plays 75% of the role in making my decision.
I continuously add missing places on Google maps, not everyone is computer literate specially in the country like Pakistan so they can’t add their place to Google to have that approached by people, so I do that part and add places to Google Maps. And when I get a monthly email from Google with statistics about the number of times my posts have helped people, it makes me excited and gives me internal satisfaction.
