Why I haven't received confirmation email from Google for my special edition socks?

I got a mail in which he said I earned a pair of socks and then, I placed order on 11 April 2021 but I haven’t received confirmation mail by google. He said, I got a confirmation mail within a hour as you can see in this screenshot please help me…

@ MashaPS ,I have redeemed my local guide reward and place the order but I not get any confirmation mail , please someone help me about this .

If you redeemed your code successfully, you socks should be on their way! Sometimes there might be a delay in receiving a confirmation email, but you shouldn’t be worry about it as this shouldn’t affect the delivery. If you don’t receive your socks within the deadline, feel free to contact us again so we can assist further.

I Had Ordered The Pair Of one Shocks Those item are getting by Google a special Perk For Local guider But I ordered And says me you get your order in 14 day’s But After a 1 year At This Time I Nothing get anything So That Represent Google Perk is Fake or nothing

I got a gift from Google few months ago and I have redeemed it but no received so apply for reorder and didn’t received confirmation mail about reorder also checked in spam box but didn’t received can any one help

You said I receive my socks in 3 to 6 weeks But now, It’s been almost three and a half months. So, is their any chance to get my rewards and How much should I wait ?
