I haven’t received my Google Guides special edition socks perk I had received an e-mail to claim my special edition Google Guides special edition perk. I received another e-mail which stated that my order is on its way. However, I never received it. Kindly help me with it.It been more then 6 months and I can’t get any updates

I have also the same problem, I have received a mail for confirmation of my shocks a month ago but after that there is no information of my reward after that.
