I guide local because I like to eat, and I like to talk about my food. You know who doesn’t want to hear about your food? Most people who didn’t ask. But when you’re looking for something good to eat, sometimes all you want is for a few people to point you in the right direction. If that weren’t enough, as a chef, I feel as though I can give just that little bit extra in my descriptions of food, or my proffesional opinion when I’m told, “blackened just means cooked longer.” No it doesn’t, and I’m sorry for the meals that have taught you that.
