I rarely give 5 stars when reviewing a place on Google Maps. In my opinion, 5 stars is perfection, without any shortcomings.
Recently, I gave 5 stars to AA auto AC repair shop in Surabaya for their excellent, fast, thorough and cheap service.
I came with a problem that sounded like water flowing on my car dashboard. The technician there immediately checked the AC components, diagnosed, explained the possible causes and asked for my approval for action
In less than 15 minutes, the problem was resolved. It turned out that there was water trapped inside the AC components. The water was produced by the cooling process. Because the AC filter was dirty, it caused the drain hole to become clogged. The water could not come out and finally produced an uncomfortable sound
In addition to fast service, spare parts are also available there, so I don’t have to wait a long time like what happened in other repair shops that had to wait for spare parts from spare parts stores.
Payment can also be made digitally using QRIS. A digital payment system developed by Bank Indonesia and is starting to be widely used in Indonesia. Very easy.
There is also a clean and comfortable waiting room, and the technicians are able to explain honestly and completely about what happened and how to treat it in the future so that the same problem does not come back
That’s why the place deserves 5 stars from me, which is very rare!

Love seeing your process for 5 stars @BudionoS. I am a little more free in giving them out because I have yet to see perfection, especially on repeat visits, except for maybe 4 places.
But my criteria is still pretty rigid. It sounds like this auto repair shop went above an beyond!
