It is funny how a simple idea could lead you down an exciting and delicious journey. I started as a Google local guide because of curiosity. Being a guide pushed me from the comfort of my home office to local diners and donut shops. I wanted to know who made the best donuts in Columbus Ohio. Then it became who made the best-glazed donuts in Ohio. Which led to expanding the search to the entire USA. As a guide, Google makes it easy for me to document my experiences and share them with others. I didn’t know the impact my reviews would make with others. I love being a Google local guide. It is fun to experience things and also capture those moments.
