Why haven't I received any merchandise from Google maps yet

I reached level 7 local guides and yet I haven’t got any mails or any messages regarding any Google maps merchandise or gifts. Can anyone help me…

It’s very random who gets a reward and it isn’t fair at all. Nobody is guaranteed to get a reward.
