For me, it’s the concept of paying it forward. More often or not, you’ve looked up a place to go and have questions. You want to know if it has certain facilities, what the accessibility to the place is like (do you have to haul your luggage up the stairs or is there a lift?) but you can’t find the answer anywhere! I’ve always been a firm believer of ‘What goes around comes around’. I know it’s a little cheesy but if I can help one person, then that’s enough for me
