I think there are many good places where you can find good food and the places look let’s say not fancy but the food and service which provides is perfect, then there are many places what are looking perfect but finally something is wrong from my perspective is almost always service, unfortunatelly you can have the best chef in the world but if your waiter/waitress is bored guy who does the job only to do something is road to hell.
So I am happy I can provide the feedback to food places how i was happy as customer. And I am happy if I can read rates and reviews.
