I enjoy creating list of restaurants when I’m going to visit a new city or as now on an exchange in Oslo. I have made a list of 36 restaurants and have already visited 5-6 of them and reviewed them. However, when I go into the list I see at the top “Visited 0 of 36 places”.
I dont understand why it won’t say I visited the places I even reviewed. And the location timeline picked some of places correct and I confirmed I visited exactly that place during the day.
I dont understand it…

I agree with you. It is not logical.
But are you aware that you can set this for each place on a list. It is quite easy to do in the Android app.

Thanks! It’s a strange thing but I marked two of the restaurants that didn’t appear in the location history and now all of the restaurants I’ve been at is marked as visited in the top.

On top of what @MortenCopenhagen already said, Google introduced an update to a feature called My Activity
