I don’t think this question is totally relates to the business program. As per the screenshot, the user is answering questions. I believe the maps team can also address this issue.
Before the final decision let’s confirm from the OP. There could be another way.
@the_gamer_m7 are you a business owner? It is a silly question but to look into the issue, we shall start from the base. Keep us posted.

It’s just in the questions of the contribution section.
And it lags at this question.
I used to be a business owner but I gave it up for another account and this account doesn’t have a business anymore.
And how do I stop my account from being a business account???

Thank you for your prompt response. I hope you have gone through the rules of this program. A short reply is, if someone is managing the business on maps then they are not eligible for the Local guide program with that account.
Please visit business.google.com and see if there is any business in your account.

I just uninstalled the updates on the Google Maps app and updated it again it was just a glitch

@deepakjhic Maybe because I’m in Beta test this affects me? for me, the error/glitch only affects when I finished up all the questions that are available (for/till that day) Like after clicking a couple of times the “answer another” button and contributing.
Hello @the_gamer_m7 I am glad you raised that issue. I experience similar probems while answering questions. I don’t own a business. I have never reported owning a business.
Just uninstall the app and update it again
