Why do i spend my time for Google map and what does it mean to me? are important questions for persons spending their time to upload reviews, photos, as well as correct information timely.
So i would like to share my short stories and answers for those questions with you all
I’ve been updating information/data on Google map for quite a long time. My initial motivation was from benefits offered from Google such as free data storage and free gifts or events occasionally. I’m sure that you agreed with that if you started earlier. 
These days, i spent more time correcting information on Google maps rather than adding my personal reviews because i noticed google map information for local/suburb areas/cities (not big cities - NYC, chicago, LC) is sometimes wrong or outdated. While i spent 30-60 secs to update information, i believe it will support our community members to get accurate and up to date information as needed or in emergency. That’s why i contribute my time to Google maps now!. We all know that Google stops offering free data storage and reduce benefits to google locals, but we’re still here to support our community through google map!
But I’m still hoping Google provides more event and small gift tokens to google supporters.
