In Taiwan, we have many breakfast stores where people usually get their breakfast from, and one of my favorite dish is egg pancake roll.
Using Taiwanese pancake and panfry with the egg. We can choose any flavor inside the pancake. Then, put some thick soy sauce or minced garlic sauce makes it perfect.
We could also have one at the midnight, and it only costs USD$1 each. I usually have it during my school life because it is really affordable! There is a chain store selling the late night meal near my university. One time at 11 pm, my roommates and I just decided to go out because of the egg pancake roll. This is not only delicious for us but also our sweet memories in our school life.
