In my hometown of Perm is a very bad zoo. He is small and animals are like in a prison. During my travels around the world I like to visit zoos in other cities and countries. I always pay attention to the life conditions of animals, to the cleanness of their enclosures and cages, and to the territory of zoos. For me, this is a kind of indicator that characterizes the level of comfort in the City and the attitude of the City administration to its inhabitants. If the City is able to provide decent conditions for animals, then it can do it for the population. I take a lot of photos with animals and birds and share them on Google maps, so that people go to zoos, thereby supporting their work.
In the Madrid Zoo, I walked near an open-air cage with bears and saw visitors throwing food to one of them. He got up on his hind paws and waved his forepaw to ask for more. Other bears lay in the shade and watched.
One of them saw that his friend was being fed, and walked over to him and sat down beside him. He began to repeat the actions of the first bear, for which he also received delicacies.
Then ran a little teddy bear! He sat in an amusing pose, grabbed his hind paws with his front paws and began to sway, smiling cheerfully to visitors. All together they resembled a picture from the Russian fairy tale “Three Bears”.
