Why can't I redeem my points?

I got a mail from google about this redbus points and its valid till 19 feb 2019. I am at local guide 6 level. When I use it, it shows- expired or invalid code. Has anyone faced this issue? What could be the possible reason?

from your profile, I can see that you are a Level 1, not a level 6

Can you please post a screenshot of your profile?

Do you have more than one account?

If so, please cloese this account, because having more than one account is against the program rules

Hi,

I have only one account with google. This is the only operational one. This is the same account I use for providing google reviews. Pls see the screenshot attached. I see the level marked as 6 in local guides.

Thanks for your quick reply. Let me know what is update. Also, isn’t this unfair since I was sent this coupon around a month ago? To be frank, it puts you off a little if this is just a technical snag.

She appears to be a Level 1 in here, while her account on Google Maps is a Level 6

@Mvini , it may take some time for the level on Local Guides Connect to sync with Google Maps. If the problem persists, there is a very useful post Sync Problem in Connect.

Please force a log-out on your devices by clicking on the Log Out button in the UI, clear browser cookies/cache, and Log back in. From there please advise if your Local Guides Level is not synced with Google Maps.
