Recently I visited a bazar (market) and after visiting I wanted to post a review with photos on Maps. While searching for the place on Maps, I found out that the English spelling of the name of the bazar on map is incorrect. But I couldn’t edit it as there was no option for editing. I also couldn’t add the photos, update information or post a review to the bazar.

Correct English name of the place should be “Erenda Bazar”. Bengali spelling is correct by the way.
P.S. Initially I tried to address this issue on the Maps forum but couldn’t do it as I recieved error massages on my multiple attemps to post. So kindly look into this matter also.

Thanks for asking and trying the Maps support forum first.
It is not just you who can not add photos and reviews to this market. Nor can I and other Local Guides.
Google staff can specify for each pin if photos and reviews should be allowed or not.
We can only guess why. Maybe there were problems with lots of spam or safety in the past. Or maybe it is just a mistake.
Did you try providing feedback in Google Maps? I will try to do it also. But there are no guarantees it will work. But let us both try.

I just visited the place again and the problem seems to have been solved.
I flagged a stupid selfie video and it is also gone now. That was quick.

Hi @MortenCopenhagen Seems this is happening to me as well. This place was an office in the past and it has moved to a new location. So can’t delete this old place. What should I do? What do you mean by reporting? As a data issue or general feedback?
