Also upload button was disappeared

I have this problem, too. I can’t publish any videos.

Now I can’t upload photo too
@behnamsamadi can I know if you are experiencing the problem in uploading videos to all locations or only specific places?
If it’s only for some specific places, I would like to tell you that those place maybe a polygon where you cannot add photos or images. Polygon is more like an area which is a collection of many places together.
If you are experiencing problem in uploading videos to all the places feel free to tag a google moderator so that they will reach you soonest and provide you with a solution or start to work on this error

As indicated by @VickyKrish , can you provide more details?
Photos and videos are always uploaded following the same procedure: Add, remove, or share photos and videos
Is this an issue related to some specific POI? What is missing on the POI? The “add a photo” button, or something else?
Is your App updated to the last release?
Can you be so kind to add a screenshot of your issue, for better understanding how to help you?

Are you having the issue only on specific POIs, or in Every POIs?
In the one shared, I can see the “add a photo” button (on Desktop)

i can upload from deskop but just photo

@behnamsamadi @ErmesT i don’t have any issues even in my maps app in android is pretty perfect
I can see the add photo option and even videos from my gallery are showing for me.
@behnamsamadi may I know if your video duration is over 30 seconds?

To summarise, you are able to upload photos from desktop but you’re not able to upload photos and videos from your phone, is that correct?
Can you please confirm that you’re not seeing the “Add photos” button on any location you search for? Or does it appear for some places?
When did you first notice this issue?

yes,that is correct.

since 4 or 5 days ago i can not see this button

Before I forward this to the appropriate team to investigate, can you please update your mobile Google Maps app to the latest version and clear the cache and cookies from your phone and desktop browser?
