Why aren't my reviews showing? - Чому не відображаються мої відгуки?

Good evening experts. Purely by chance I found that my reviews are not displayed from other accounts or from guest visits to GM! So far, I have checked more than three dozen objects where I left feedback and it turned out that I only see them from my account. Reviews meet all GM requirements. Basically I try to do with photos and descriptions, only photos remain on the objects and not all of them. I wrote to the support service - while silence. Here is an example of a location where there is no response, although I left it 3 years ago

Наразі перевірив більше трьох десятків об’єктів де лишав відгукі і виявилось що бачю їх тількі я ззі свого акаунту. Відгуки відповідають усім вимогам ГМ. В основному намагаюсь робити з фото та описанням, на об’єктах лишаються тількі фото і то не всі. Писав у службу підтримки - поки тиша. Clearly all your reviews are flagged private. Before getting concerned about the content of your reviews we should try to learn if Ukraine allows user generated content in your area.

Unfortunately, local guides are not allowed to edit and contribute to Google Maps in all areas. Most likely your government or some local authority has obliged Google to disable user-generated content for political or safety reasons. Or the ban could be put in place to stop spammers.

Could you reach out to other local guides in your area and test if their reviews are also hidden. And check some POIs to see if this could be the case.

Feedback from other people in my area is displayed without problems. There is no ban in Ukraine. In addition, my responses do not have a political, racial or criminal context.

As far as I can see on your Maps profile @vovik-zt you have almost 500 reviews but none of them are more than 200 characters? That seems a bit odd to me. Can you share links to some of your reviews? I can only see your pictures when looking at your profile, not your reviews.

It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.

Out of your 487 reviews, zero are public. I have never seen a profile with 100% hidden reviews, so I think this is very unusual.

I suspect that the AI has labeled you as a review spammer, so the next step will be to take a close look at your reviews. Since they are private we can’t see them, so I suggest that you share the text from your latest 5 reviews and your 5 oldest reviews here on Connect. Then maybe, @JaneBurunina who speaks Ukrainian will take a look and try to spot any reason why your reviews are private.

If you log in from a guest account, it says the following: This user has not left any reviews or decided not to show them.

The fact is that I did not hide my reviews and did not make them private, but made them available to everyone.

The link you provided to a review is not working - since it is private. Please follow my suggestions above and share the names and texts from 10 reviews directly here on Connect using copy-paste.

Using copy-paste is better than screenshots since the translation tool will work on text only.

Maybe I need some information, then I will provide it. Maybe I did something wrong in my account settings? By the way, I noticed that my reviews were missing half a year ago, but the problem is so global only recently. I’m waiting.

Ще раз вибачаюся, що тільки змогла приєднатися до дискусії, тому що подорожувала регіонами, та не мала змоги приєднатися за відсутності інтернет зв’язку.

Зараз на вашу проблему звернули увагу Гугл Модератори, над нею працюють, необхідно трохи почекати. До речи, це досить незвичайна проблема, тому дослідження та виправлення може зайняти деякий час.
