Why are my points count and level indication hidden? 
I did not do anything other than Google’s policies
Is there a solution to this problem

Hello @Gaafer
You have chosen to keep your profile locked. Others wouldn’t have any insight into that to know the possible reasons for the deviated view.

In the Google Maps App pls follow these steps to make your contributions public :
Tap your profile picture.
Tap Your profile
Tap Edit profile
Tap Profile and Privacy settings
Scroll all the way down to
Profile privacy and make sure the toggle Restricted profile is grey = not blue.
