I have joined local guide 11th June 2018 and adding place, photos, reviews, answering people’s question which I know. But I did not know more about this local guide program and how & why I am doing this?
On February 7, 2020 joined meet up named “Local Guides Clean the World, Dhaka” which was my first meet up and know more about Local Guide program from there. In this meet up interested thing that I am the person who attends there without registration but I had confirmed it over phone. Till now I have completed total five meet up among them one was virtual meet up.
After completing few meet up my mind said why you are doing this & what will be the benefits? Then I am start study why I will contribute as a local guide and I discover something as a Muslim
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased).”

Above this Hadith point no I. is “Sadakaya Zaria” that type of worship whose efficacy will never end and will continue till the day of resurrection. So contribution on local guide/Google map also this type of worship which will continue and many human get direction, find right place if we present or not.
As result I have plan this year 2020, I will influence 1000+ local guides in Bangladesh, but my main focus create local guide in rural areas to enrich our Google map. Also already influence 10+ people who contributing as local guide. I think all smart phone user should join local guide program and take it as a part of worship. Happy Guiding
