Why am I the one having to change my username?

Very frustrated with the local guide connect website. At some point somebody changed a policy/ setting somewhere and local guides went from having multiple people with the same username to only allowing one. Even though I’m one of the only ones that makes any posts, I’ve made the most posts, and I’m the first one with the name! I still have to change my username? And no this is not my main account, because it won’t let me do ANYTHING until I change my username… that is completely absurd. The simple reason why the rule changed, @Frustratedbyconnec , is that it would be impossible to tag you, due to many users with the same username.

I think everyone one received the same notification, simply the others with the same username never came back to Connect.

However I don’t see an issue in there.

The real issue is to use a second Local Guides account to post here, because this is for sure against the rules of the Local Guides program.

So please close this account.
