I have recently suggested several changes that have been approved including schedules, websites, reopening a business, adding locations … however, after all these changes have been approved, complete with email confirmation, I see the level of the relative badges remain fixed at the previous value, it is practically impossible to advance in level as a Pioneer and Investigator (instead no problem with Reviewer and Photographer). Why? Please note that I checked the progress of the badge several days after the change was actually approved.
