As a flight attendant I have had the chance to travel quite a bit and one of my favourite destinations is Barcelona. I could just go there time and time again.
There is so much to do in this lovely city but one of the main reasons I enjoy it is because of the gastronomic experience.
The Catalans are masters in the kitchen and cooking is like a religion here. ?
I love the fact everything tastes so fresh (Coming from somebody that lives in London where frozen food is so popular) but is so affordable at the same time
I’ve been lucky enough to dine in some amazing restaurants and have spent as little as €12. I still manage to leave with a full and happy stomach. Its almost hard to have a disappointing food experience when entering a Catalan restaurant.
My advice is be brave and adventurous and just step in to that tapas restaurant!! Read the menu (most restaurants have Spanish/English ones) and as long as you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients l, just order.
Chances are, you will not regret it.
For all you guys that have not yet visited, put it on your bucketlist.
We all deserve to treat ourselves to such an amazing food destination!
