Whom and How to contact for Rewards is not shipped

Hello Local Guides,

I received the rewards, redeemed & then got tracking information from the shipping company.

But It’s not yet received & not trackable. The shipping company also not responding.

I am writing this post for help.

If anyone has any idea whom to contact for this & how.
