Italian schiacciata is a very simple pie which can be topped with various ingredients. The idea is not much different than what Italian pizza is (even if Italian pizza is softer, while schiacciata is crisp). This is an example of whole grain Italian schiacciata topped with spinach & mozzarella cheese.

Nice picture and thanks for sharing same. I enjoy lots of good meal stuff from good variety of Whole Grains example rice, basmatic rice, Italian risotto, etc @user_not_found what type of grain variety is used in this meal. Please kindly share with us some tips.
