What the best place in Costa Rica refreshing my brain and not my wallet cry 
there are very luxurious and very expensive places near the beach, mountain ect, but there are also very equipped places where it is a bit cheap but you do not have the amenities that in a place with a higher price of lodging

I recommend the Manuel Antonio National Park, where you can find lots of different types of birds and a beautiful beach a few meters from the park
