Who is who on the connect platform???

As the saying goes, “Necessity is the father of intventions” I ran into some snag or would we say some little blunder as to who to tag or not to, in order to get results. I therefore thought to share it with us so as to help other local guides not to make the same mistake and also to educate us. I saw a post regarding perks and I thought to help,so I tagged a “CONNECT MODERATOR” Instead of a “GOOGLE MODERATOR” At the end of the day,we got the issue resolved because someone knows who is who!!! Of course regular local guides can also help on some certain issues,I have had 2 of my post marked as solutions to other fellow local guides. Nevertheless they are issues that are beyond even the connect moderators,therefore the Google moderators have to be tagged accordingly. It is therefore important to know who is who on the connect platform.
As we may know we have the Google moderators, connect moderators and of course the regular local guides and their various levels.
Who are the Google moderators? Google moderators are google employees managing connect. They work on buisness hours and so may not be available at weekends and on National holidays. They can handle even the most complicated issues on connect. They are the ones to tag for most issues

Connect moderatos are Local Guides that have been invited to moderate Connect, side by side with Google moderators. They have also been of a great help,kudos to them.

Its important to know who is who, so that we can get our various issues on connect resolved. We don’t stop learning,the day learning stops death begins. BTW, things may change, so now you can find Google Moderators in Connect, of course on business hours, also on the weekend and on national holiday.
