Well, I was filling out the application for Connect Live 2019, doing it on my phone (it’s quite a process with a screaming baby and annoying kid), and then all of a sudden it asked me to sign up after I changed the view to “desktop site” from mobile. Afterwards I was no longer able to access the application, and when I checked my past reviews, I am no longer identified as a Local Guide. Anyone else with this problem before?

Whichever device or browser you are using, please make sure you are logged into your Google account that you are using for the Local Guides program (there should only be 1 Local Guides account per person).

Go to Google Maps, either app or desktop browser is fine, check Your Contributions under the menu. (again ensure you are logged into the correct Local Guides Google account). If you can see your profile with a Local Guides level and star, then it is good. If you don’t see a Local Guides level or star, go to (4)

Fill up your application again.
