Where to stay in Vienna?

Hi,

I’m in Bratislava mounting a photo exhibition to be launched this comingTuesday, 13 Nov.

I’m planning to stay a night or 2 in Vienna. Any suggestions? Hotels, hostels?

I know the city but I’ve always stayed at a friend’s place.

Hello @Goncalo_CunhadeSa ! I have recently been in Vienna and stayed in an Airbnb. It was very easy and way more cheap than hotels. Hostels could be as cheap, or even cheaper, but I didn’t look into that. I recommend you compare the prices between renting an apartment through Airbnb (or another reliable app) and staying in a hostel.

I can advice you hotel “Ibis” in the center of the city.It has the best location to the Metro station, train station.

I like staying in this hotel.

Thanks! Will check airbnb. I confess it didn’t occur to me as owners don’t normally accept less than 2 nights stays (and I still don’t know how many nights I can stay)

Hi @Goncalo_CunhadeSa all depended by your budget… Airbnb (but also in Booking you can find something good) could be the best and cheaper solution. Often I were to Arcotel Donauzentrum, it’s little bit out of the center (in 10 min metro you are in) but 4* and cheaper by to be a 4* in a big town (included international breakfast).
