Hi @ShravanJain ,

Thanks for sharing, it looks super yummy.

I love Indian food, but I don’t eat masala dosa usually. I think I should start with it as it sounds amazing.

My favorite restaurant in Sveti Vlas, Bulgaria is the Mykonos. If you want to try the best seafood, this is the rights place.

PS: Hope you’ve posted your review of this place on Google Maps - the owner and future customers will really appreciate it.

Thanks for the reply @ShravanJain.

In this case, I would offer the desserts. They have wonderful homemade cakes.

Hi @ShravanJain ,

I like this Indian food! It looks really delicious!

My first time when I tried Indian food was in 2018 in one Indian Restaurant in Bulgaria, Sofia. I tried there Chicken Tikka Masala and I liked it a lot!

My favorite restaurant is Beerhouse Jägerhof in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. You can try there a lot of the German specialities like the German potato salad, German Sausages, the traditional German beer and different bayrish desserts.

Thanks for the post and the pictures looks appealing. I know it’s only very few places in Bengaluru you get good Quality Masala Dosa.

But anything customized, can’t be authentic. That’s the problem we face now a days

Thanks TG’ for your observations and rating for those eateries who serves best Masala Dosa in Bengaluru.

Not on a debate, but certainly defer with your opinion on above 4. None of them serves original, authentic masala Dosa, but their customers are kept happy. It’s their success. So no hard feelings to say, In love, War and Business, all is fair. Off course they provide better than others.

I’m sorry if I have gone over board.

I fully agree with you dear @aaryesdee ; the traditional or orthodox market got defeated with the buyers (users) market - all are getting used to give tempting taste than orthodox or original (authentic) item - What you mentioned is correct only - thanks (nothing over board, at all)

From the family of pure vegetarian items, Masala dosa is a stuffed Dosa with two parts ie. the Dose and the Masala (the stuffing) which majorly contains potato. This is usually served with sambar & different types of chutnys. Details here (Wiki)

Thank you Ji’

Being a Hotelier, over 35 years of vast experience in Food Industry, I make my statement only if I can counter if proved wrong. In Food Business, consistency is more important and cutting corners for increase in profit margin is not the solution nor it will help them to survive. So customization is adopted. So none can proclaime serving Authentic.

Thanks once again TG’
