Where is bus station and how to add it on the map?

Hello

There is a bus station that is disappeared from Google Maps, while the others are on the map! Why it’s disappeared while the bus station is active and works? I tried to add it, but the Google Maps app doesn’t allow me! Also, I report it ages ago, but nothing hasn’t happened until now and haven’t got any response from Google Maps support. How to fix this issue and how I can bring the bus station back to its place?!

Hi @MasM3 sorry, bus stations belong to Transit Layer, and cannot be edited by Local Guides, but only proposed by local transport authorities to Google for approval under the Google Maps Transit program: https://maps.google.com/landing/transit/index.html

Local Guides can not add/edit transportation information.

Such information on Google Maps managed directly under Google Transit program. For more information: https://maps.google.com/landing/transit/index.html

Hi LucioV So I should say Google Maps is obsolete and not up to date! I see this issue for ages Google Maps doesn’t care about it! These kind of issues are a lot. I checked the link out but didn’t know how to work and how I can help to fix.

You have to understand how Google Transit works, so you can ask the Service partner (the Bus company) to update the information on Google Maps submitting new informations to maps. Sorry
