When making alist on google maps, are we allowed to include places we have never visted in personal?take anexample,someone can buy for you food in a place and you find it delicious and you decide to share it,Is that allowed too?

No matter what you have already been there or not yet, as long as you have tried the food from that specific restaurant. You should go for it, by making an honest review of it. And you can choose to make it public so everyone can enjoy too. The same as you order something through delivery, sometimes you’ve never gone there, haven’t you? Hope it will help
